We are operating Common Bio – Medical Waste Treatment Facility situated at Udaipur & we are authorized to provide services for transportation, treatment & disposal of Bio- Medical waste generated in private & Government health care units by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (RPCB)

We thank you for expressing interest in disposing bio medical waste at contract our biomedical work treatment facility. We shall be glade to enroll you as member and accept your Biomedical Waste

1. Only properly segregated and packed Bio Medical waste will be accepted by En-Vision Enviro Engineers Pvt. Ltd. No Waste other than bio-medical waste shall be accepted by En-Vision & En-Vision will have right to return to accept un segregated waste.
2. Total Bio-Medical Waste will be given to En-Vision, If Bio-Medical Waste is found to be being sold elsewhere service will be immediately discontinued without any notice with intimation given to Local Corporation & Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
3. Payment to be made by cheque/DD (as applicable) favoring “En- Vision Enviro Engineers Pvt. Ltd.”
4. Taxation as applicable shall be paid.( If Applicable)
5. If you have any complaint regarding non collection of bio-medical waste please register your complaint on this No. (0261) 2264004 (make sure to take complaint number)

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION PROCEDURE OF BIO-MEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT FACILITY

• Membership cancellation application has to be submitted by Doctor / Clinic / Hospital / Healthcare Unit to;
  (1) M/s En-Vision Enviro Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
  (2) Kalyan – Dombivali Municipal Corporation Or (Local Corporation)
  (3) Regional Officer, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, Kalyan
• Outstanding Payment must be cleared in order to cancel the membership.
• Original membership certificate must be surrendered to M/s En-Vision Enviro Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
• After completion of the above procedure, M/s En-Vision Enviro Engineers Pvt. Ltd. will issue membership closing letter. It must be countersigned by the authorized person of clinic / Hospital / Healthcare.
